Return Window: You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

The product must be in its absolute original condition, unopened, and unused.

The outer plastic wrapping (cellophane) must be completely intact and untampered with.

Return & Inspection Process:

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.

Our shipping partner (Bosta) will pick up the item from your address.

Inspection Phase: Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team will carefully inspect the packaging to verify it has not been opened.

Refund: If the product passes the inspection successfully, your return will be approved immediately. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (via Paymob). Please note that it may take [7 to 14] business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer.

Important Note: If the inspection reveals that the perfume box has been opened, unsealed, or used, we deeply apologize, but the return request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.
